We’ve been busy shipping bug fixes for Tender. Here is a list of the big items that we shipped today:

  • Updated - Performance improvements for the Dashboard
  • Fixed - Knowledge Base sorting not working in IE
  • Fixed - Dashboard Category filter failing to display correct items
  • Fixed - Queue counter fails to display correct counts until you drop a new item into the queue
  • Fixed - Pinned Queue dropdown in Dashboard showing inconsistent data
  • Fixed - Pinned Queue Show More renders JSON on the front-end
  • Fixed - Intermittent errors while editing a comment
  • Fixed - Mark as Read / View All errors in the User Inbox
  • Fixed - Intermittent errors when viewing User Profile pages
  • Fixed - API is failing to render pagination
  • Fixed - API single quotes in JSON breaking API

    Bug fixes were a good news. I’d like to share an issue and a feature request too.

    Issue:

    On dashboard, if I have 19 pending discussions and I want to delete all of them. I select all and when I move them to trash I get a pop up menu saying ‘19 discussions are being updated, you may have to wait a moment before they are updated’. And then you have to refresh the page again in a while to see the updated page. Can it not be like, delete as many discussions and all are deleted at once without having to refresh the page again.

    Feature Request:

    On dashboard pending requests page, it would be nice if there was an auto refresher. Meaning the page refreshed itself automatically after 2 minutes instead of doing it manually to check if there were any new discussions.
