New in Tender: Sort by Queue

You can now sort your pending discussions in Tender's dashboard by queue.

• All - Shows all pending discussions.
• Not Queued - Shows all pending discussions not assigned to a queue.
• Queue Name - Shows pending discussions inside the queue name you have selected.

Queue sorting resides directly in the dashboards pending discussions list. This allows you to drill down so the pending items you need to see are there, right when you hit the dashboard.

Many of us have adopted a pretty standard triage workflow in Tender. We hop in our Tender, sift through the latest support wave by dropping items into a queue and then click acknowledge to remove them from the pending list.

Now, rather acknowledging the discussion to remove it from the pending list, you can set the queue sort to Not Queued and remove anything that's already been assigned (We'll add some sweetness to eliminate the need for a page refresh soon).

This also means that Hobson doesn't have to pay attention to the overall support load in Tender. He can focus on pending discussions in his queue as soon as he opens Tender.
