Last night we shipped several small updates to Tender.

  • New - Email command for internal comments between Staff (#internal).
  • New - Partial queue names used in email commands (#queue) are now accepted.
  • New - Staff can now view an emails full body content in the browser.
  • Fixed - Cleaned up formatting of email replies from Microsoft Outlook.
  • Fixed - Updated current knowledge base articles to correct markdown formatting issues.
