We are currently experiencing issues with inbound email processing in Tender. This is causing severe delays with incoming emails from Tender accounts.
The problem appears to be with Google Apps, whom we use for our inbound email forwarding and processing. We are currently are working with Google to resolve the issue and will continue to post status updates as we learn more.
UPDATES:
Sept 6 @ 10:00am PDT - Email processing has been fully restored. We're still working to process backlogged emails.
