Two new faces in the crowd

We've got two new faces on the crowd here at ENTP, Chris Rhee and Josh Pyles.

I dropped the ball a while back and forgot to do a warm welcome for Chris when he started working with us. Since he made nifty signs so we wouldn't forget our leftovers in the fridge and starve on those late nights playing Xbox, we had to bring him on board.

So here it is Chris. You can stop making me feel guilty now. Just remember, we're the only hip-hop addicts in the office and we gotta stick together.

Chris Rhee

Chris Rhee joined the ENTP crew back in January. He's been so busy rocking out on stuff that I didn't want to burst his awesomeness bubble with the attention this post is going to bring him.

Rhee, a San Jose native, started designing for web early on in his adolescence. Known for his design touches on Cut & Taste, QN5 Music, as well as some top secret stuff for Apple that he can't tell anyone about in fear that chips they planted in his brain will explode, has been brought on board to give a fresh perspective to our web applications.

During his early days at ENTP, Chris revamped the discussion form UI in Tender Support and helped restructure several upcoming features such as the mobile interface for Tender. His valuable input and creative mindset has already brought a lot to the table. We're highly anticipating some great things from this kid.

Josh Pyles

Josh Pyles, a Portland native, has been fascinated by the web since childhood. His portfolio site, pixelmatrixdesign.com, speaks for itself. Once we heard he had some free time on his hands we jumped on the opportunity to bring him on board.

Pyles, who started his ENTP tour on Monday, has already started working on the next iteration of Lighthouse. While we're not at liberty to spill the beans on the details JUST yet, Josh has a lot of experience in web application interface design and he had us impressed before the close of his first day. He's going to be placing a lot of focus on the workflow processes inside the Lighthouse UI to improve how you interact with your team and the tickets you have assigned. Great things will come of this. Oh yes, great things will come.
