We've just shipped a number of bug fixes and updates to Tender.
- Updated - Added knowledge base preview in Staff dashboard.
- Updated - Now warns support staff when plan limits for filters has been reached.
- Fixed - Knowledge Base articles publish date bug in Staff dashboard listings. Now shows last updated date.
- Fixed - Pinned items counter now shows all Open & Ticketed discussions
- Updated - Queue sidebar counter now shows all Open & Ticketed discussions
- Updated - Pinned items now has ALL DISCUSSIONS option to display all Pending & Ticketed discussions
- Updated - Queue listing in discussions now sorts alphabetically
- Fixed - Knowledge base article renaming and redirection / permalink issues that caused appending counters in unnecessary situations.
- Updated - Search results now allow you to filter by category
- Updated - /faqs now display as /kb in URL structures. Old /faqs links now redirect.
