We've just rolled out an update to Tender's Reports feature, patching a number of small bugs and introducing four new charts!
The new reports are only available on the most current Tender plans. If you're on a legacy Plus plan or lower, you still get the original reports that shipped in August, but you'll need to upgrade to the most current pricing plans (Plus or higher) to gain access to these new reports.
What's new in Tender's Reports:
- Staff Responses

- Response Times
- Resolution Times
We've put a lot of thought and consideration into these charts. The Staff Responses density grid shows the volume of comments from each of your staff members. If you zoom into a week, it shows per-day, or out to a year, it shows per month. You can see the week when we had a big support crunch to get to inbox zero.
The Response and Resolution Times charts sort your response time into buckets: 0-1 hour, 1-4 hours, 4-8 hours, and so on, so that you can quickly determine how quickly you're responding and resolving discussions. Histograms, while not a common chart to find in the wild, are a great "at-a-glance" overview of your key times. You can see how our resolution times in November were much better than October; the green ("this month") graph skews strongly to the left, and our "over 1 day" bar is much shorter.

Why is it only for upgraded plans?
So it’s $100 more a month for a few extra reports? I think I’ll hold out for now.
Could someone post a link to what else is available if I were to upgrade?
Are the bug patches available to all, or only available with the costly update? ie. are you guys still taking the time to maintain & update the site for early adopers?
Legacy Max plans now include the full reporting.
John — new features are coming, some that have higher overhead than others. Pricing changes over time, some things will require upgrading.
Aaron — Legacy Max plans do have the full reporting features now, other legacy plans are still required to upgrade.
Ben — Right now, it’s just the full reporting. We’re working on twitter integration and a few other refinements and upgrades that will also be on newer plans.
Petra — Bug patches, fixes, UI changes, and all of that good stuff is rolled out to all Tenders. We’re not taking anything away.
