Tender bug fixes

We just pushed a fresh round of bug fixes for Tender that address issues users have noticed.

  • Fixed - Bug when selecting "Comment & Resolve" without posting comment body caused closed discussion with error
  • Fixed - Bug that caused category edit page to not save
  • Fixed - Bug that allowed creating a new filter when over plan limit
  • Fixed - Bug with queue name cache in discussion listings
  • Fixed - Bug on the filter listing when only companies were applied. Caused missing edit link.
  • Fixed - Pagination UI on Knowledge Base admin
  • Updated - Queues sorting in alphabetical order
  • Updated - Removed discussion state sorting from Pending view in admin dashboard
  • Updated - Widget does not display private selector if ALL categories are set to private
  • Added - Meta-description field in site settings
  • Added - Knowledge Base section selection to search page

    Great to hear, thank you! One thing I noticed yesterday: if I delete a queue, and that queue is currently connected to a ticket, it will stay on a ticket and can never be removed (the fix going forward, I should have removed the queue’s from each ticket before I deleted the queue). Difficult situation, since I can imagine scenarios where your clients may prefer to leave the queue listed on the ticket, regardless if you removed it… but something to keep in mind, it’s worthless for us.
